Application Process

There are two ways to show us your interest in a position. You can search all AFLCMC open jobs and apply online.

For high demand positions, we also accept direct resume submissions. If you are interested in an experienced or entry-level engineering, contracting, financial management, logistics or program management career, you can submit your resume directly to our recruiters for consideration.

Once you have submitted your resume (including transcripts if you are applying for contracting or engineering positions), your resume will be reviewed by the Career Field Recruiter Team. The recruiter team will contact candidates whose resume demonstrates the work experience and competencies that are a good match for available positions. If contacted, you may be asked to interview with a hiring official or a panel of interviewers.

If the hiring official is interested in offering you a position, you will be contacted to further discuss your qualifications for that position.
